Froggie, Froggie Bangle

Froggie, oh froggie, jumping from one lilypad to another... I could not resist using these very unusual dark green carved aquamarine beads with natural clouded aquamarine nuggets. The contrast of the matte carved beads with the shiny, translucent light blue color reminds me of water and leaves. Very amphibian, water and earth.

Interesting enough, even though so different, both are aquamarines, they come from the same source. Pretty philosophical if you care to dwell into that area...

The bracelet is totally hand-coiled with more than 18 feet of hair-thin sterling silver wire. The bangle measures 1/2" wide and fits 6 to 6 1/2" wrist size.
